Waypoint Ledger, walked through
Narrated, 2:08. It opens on the TOPx title slide and a kitchen-table scene; every screen after them is this site, captured from waypointledger.org. The typed story is an example we wrote, not anyone’s record. Captions are on, and the full transcript is below the video.

Some people search for years before anyone can name what is wrong. The visits add up, and so do the bills. Waypoint Ledger counts what that search has cost.
Here's how. Tell it what happened, the way you remember it.
Rules read your sentence first. An AI reader places only the phrases the rules could not, and it never sets a price. Every visit and test is priced from Medicare's 2026 rates.
Anything it cannot price is left blank, not estimated.
Add these six, and the ledger builds itself.
Five priced lines, from one sentence: $1,304. That's Medicare's price for the care you listed.
And every number opens to its source. The echocardiogram, from a published CMS file, down to the row. Your ledger is ready.
Now, the cost no bill shows. We asked people with a long-term condition which cost weighs most. Of 106 who answered about their own illness, 43 put the care they went without first, ahead of money paid out of pocket.
So the ledger counts it, right under the total. Care you went without. Care you asked for and were refused. Care that made you worse. Counted, never priced: no federal file puts a dollar on them.
Now, the proof. On every line, you can talk back: Right, or Wrong. A Wrong is tied to the one federal figure it is about, so the agency that published that number can read the count.
274 of 274 published figures reproduce from their source file, to the cent.
Every ledger exports in FHIR, the standard format for sharing health records. HL7's own validator finds zero errors.
Patient groups can make their own kit. And the code is open.
